Here are some of the signs that you are self-sabotaging yourself when it comes to romantic relationships. 

1. You keep getting into wrong relationships 

There is a tendency for you to keep getting into the wrong relationships even when you know you shouldn’t. at the back of your mind, you know it will eventually end. Consequently, you don’t have to work on it to last. 

2. Tolerating unacceptable behaviours 

There is no clear sign of romantic self-sabotage than tolerating bad behaviours exhibited by your partner. Even though the very behaviours irk you to high heavens, you seem to accept them as part and parcel of your partner. In the long run, you end up hurting yourself more than your partner.

3. Not speaking up in the relationship

When you get into a new relationship, everything goes. Whatever your partner suggests, you agree to them even when it is clearly against better judgement. You become a yes person to whatever your partner is thinking. Not being able to stand up for yourself means that you are self-sabotaging yourself.
