Gospel singer Kevin Bahati has come out to explain how marriage has transformed his life. Bahati is married to model Diana Marua and the two have a daughter together.
Speaking during an interview, Bahati confessed that things have never been the same since he said 'I do'.
According to the 'mama' hitmaker, becoming a father and husband has made him more focused and responsible than before.
"It has helped to be more responsible. The thought of going home to dependants in the evening has helped me to be more focused and responsible," said Bahati.
Bahati added that being in the limelight, he has to live an upright lifestyle for his daughter Heaven.
He also gave tips that have made remain humble despite having a successful gospel career. Bahati stated that his will to mentor people who look up to him has helped him remain humble.
“I wanted to be different but majorly my drive was to inspire and you can never inspire when you cannot connect with your people and you can never connect with your people when you cannot come down to the level of everybody. Just knowing your calling makes you humble,” he said.
