Ex- Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire claims Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i played an important role in kicking him out of parliament adding that he would bounce back.

Through a voter, Justus Omiti, Bosire has sued eventual winner Shadrack Mose and IEBC on grounds that elections were not conducted in a free and fair manner.

"Matiang'i spent most of his time in my constituency and we have evidence of vote rigging among other electoral offences. State House was after me," he said.

Prior to the August elections, Bosire is on record for accusing Matiang'i of plotting to ensure a number of key ODM members lost their seats.

And in the new twist, with his key witness Noah Akora exposing massive rigging in court, Bosire is optimistic of a comeback in a mini poll.

"I do not want to talk about court matters but we are on the right track. They blatantly stole my victory but all is not lost," he said.

IEBC declared Mose the eventual winner having scored 32,000 votes with Bosire coming second with 20, 000 votes.
