Busia County is among participants.There was drama on Monday when NASA counties displayed resistance symbol while Jubilee also displayed handshake symbols.Busia County Speaker Bernard Wamalwa also attended the launch alongside CeC for Culture and Sports Martin Kafwa, Chief officers Joel Barua (Education) and Eng Gilbert Oduory (Culture and Sports).
