[Photo|Raila Odinga]A section of women leaders from the Jubilee Party have slammed NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga. This is after a video clip believed to be him, uttering sentiments on obscenity, went viral on social media, eliciting harsh reactions. The amateur clip showed the Opposition leader asking his supporters to participate in demos, saying: "Kesho nataka kuona chupi za akina mama. Chupi za vijana za vijana kwa barabara."The Jubilee women leaders, led by Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi and Cecily Mbarire, said Odinga insulted women of Kenya, by asking them to go show off their pants in the name of protesting. The leaders speaking during a campaign rally, Saturday, said Odinga's sentiments clearly showed he was not a leader who deserves the presidency he is seeking.Elachi called on her party leader President Uhuru Kenyatta to continue with his campaigns, assuring that he would be voted for, during the October 26 fresh presidential election.
