Devolution Cabinet Secretary Mwangi Kiunjuri claims National Super Alliance flag-bearer Raila Odinga intends to plunge the country into chaos.
Kiunjuri has criticized Odinga for his endless stance on electoral reform ahead of the October 26 election.
"Raila knows very well deep down in his heart that the path he is taking Kenyans [to] is one of destruction and bloodshed. He does not mean well for the country," Kiunjuri said as quoted by The Star.
The CS also criticized Odinga for the anti-IEBC demonstrations aimed at removing CEO Ezra Chiloba due to allegations of electoral malpractices during the August 8 presidential election.
"If Uhuru was to take the same position against the Supreme Court, which nullified his victory, the same way NASA is treating IEBC, then we could as well be prepared to go the Somali way where the rule of the jungle applies," he added.
Kiuinjuri expressed confidence that Jubilee leader and incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta would win with a larger margin.
"I want to offer free advice to Raila that he should stop shifting goal posts, knowing well that he has no numbers to win the election. The earlier he accepts this reality the better for this country," he said
