Having bad acne for many is struggle which has haunted them for a long period of time. With that being said many will look to medical treatment in hopes of curing the problem. However, there are several natural remedies which can help you treat acne. Here are a few.
Healing Masks. These masks help to keep the skin hydrated and heal it over time. Using this method a few times a week is guaranteed to improve your skin. Natural products like honey and cinnamon help keep the skin hydrated while also fighting the common causes of acne.
Spot Treat. Melalecua (tea tree oil) is known to fight off acne. It is also used as an antiseptic and treat wounds. It has been proven very effective in fighting of bacteria and fungi. Its also advisable you mix in a few drops of coconut oil for better results.
Eat Healthy. As cliche as this may sound, the food you eat has a big effect on your skin. The less you focus on eating foods high in sugar and shift towards green vegetables, fruits and clean protein you will have less to worry about. Hydrogenated oils, gluten, wheat and sugar are known to cause acne.
