[Photo|PSCU]Turkana Governor Josphat Nanok has been criticised after he congratulated President Uhuru Kenyatta on his re-election.After the Supreme Court upheld his October 26 fresh presidential election petition on November 20, Nanok released a congratulatory message to the Jubilee Party leader on behalf of the Council of Governors (CoG)."I wish to congratulate President-elect Hon Uhuru Kenyatta on your re-election to serve the Republic of Kenya for a period of five years. The Council of Governors is looking forward to working with your government in ensuring that Devolution gains attained in the last four years are protected," said Nanok in his CoG message. The CoG chairman who is also the NASA leader Raila Odinga's ODM national vice chairman, has since been attacked and questioned by NASA and ODM supporters on social media. Some asked him to draw a clear picture of where he is politically inclined, given that NASA has maintained Uhuru's re-election in the controversial fresh poll was illegitimate. However some Jubilee Party supporters used the message to attack NASA, saying Odinga was losing grip including within his party.
