Odinga to Uhuru- Don’t address Kenyans while drunk

A highly charged opposition leader Raila Odinga on Sunday accused President Uhuru Kenyatta of allegedly responding to Supreme Court ruling that nullified his election while drunk.

Four out of the six bench judge declared presidential elections that were held on August 8 null and void, a decision that hasn’t gone down well with the head of state.

And at Mathare, Odinga promised another firework campaign adding that he defeated Uhuru by over 1.5 million votes.

Uhuru’s speech cut short by rowdy youths in Narok

Although not widely covered, a viral video circulating in various social media forums shows President Uhuru Kenyatta struggling to calm a huge crowd in Narok town on Saturday, who openly accused him of allegedly bungling August 8 election.

The charged youths continued chanting pro-opposition slogans leading to the president’s decision to cut short his speech in the South Rift town.

Uhuru had made and impromptu stopover in the town. Being a major swing region, both Uhuru and Raila Odinga split votes by half during elections in Narok County.

Raila Speaks on forming coalition government

Opposition leader Raila Odinga has dismissed claims that he is working hard to ensure he forms a coalition government with Jubilee administration.

Moments after nullification of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s election, a section of Jubilee leaders led by Senate Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen accuses him of sabotaging government for his own selfish interests.

But at Mathare, Odinga maintained that he won elections fairly only to be rigged out by a ‘rogue’ IEBC.

Raila questions Jubilee’s majority in parliament

ODM leader Raila Odinga now claims that Jubilee Party may have not won majority in both National Assembly and senate were it not rigging.

He says a clear audit on IEBC servers will help ascertain his claim that most NASA leaders were rigged in favour of Jubilee candidates from various parts of the country.

Although Kenya is going for another presidential election, should Odinga win, he may have difficulty in controlling parliament which is under superior majority of Jubilee MPs and senators.
