Jubilee party secretary general Raphael Tuju has said the party's presidential candidate Uhuru Kenyatta won the August 8 election clean and square.
He said that was 'confirmed' by the repeat presidential election held on November 26 where Uhuru was declared victor.
The Opposition boycotted the repeat poll.
Tuju said the party is therefore not afraid of the case before the apex court because his coalition is sure of its victory and is confident the court will throw out the case challenging the repeat presidential poll outcome.
However, incase the chief justice David Maraga's panel decides to nullify the poll, Jubilee is ready for it.
"We won on August 8 and that was confirmed by the repeat poll on November 26. And we are not afraid of the case at thecourt, because even if we are told to go for a repeat, we shall win," he said.
