Turacco shot into the limelight after realising songs that are considered by many as political and somehow controversial.

Some of his hit songs which left Kenyans talking include "Muici ni muici" which loosely translates to "A thief is a thief".

The song sends a strong message to President Uhuru Kenyatta, urging him to jail those caught looting public funds regardless of their close ties to the Head of State.

"My brother (Uhuru) there are some hiding beside you. And they are swindling this country with ease. Now they must be jailed. They must carry their own cross. An eye for an eye, we rescue citizens from the jaws of corruption. I wonder who’s that whose wealth is genuine and is reluctant to declare its source," says Turacco in the "Muici ni muici" song.

Turacco had earlier reignited the 2022 succession debate after he released the "Hatuna Deni, Kitaeleweka" song, in which he argues that Mt Kenya voters do not owe DP Ruto any political debt.

The controversial musician has also been using his social media accounts to push the 'kitaeleweka' slogan which is used to counter Ruto's 2022 narrative.

In his recent post, Turacco shared a picture of President Kenyatta, opposition chief Raila Odinga and DP Ruto walking on a red carpet with the caption "bado kinaeleweka #kieleweke hatuna deni...... ukai murumane"

Here's how Kenyans reacted to the post.
