Saying goodbye has never been an easy task to anyone.
However, Singer Akothee took it to another level when she bid goodbye her employee who she only identified as Mogaka.
Through her Instagram, Akothee posted a video of her drinking with the shamba boy to which she captioned, "Me and Mogaka after a handshake of partying ways."

Akothee made the decision to terminate the employee's contract saying his misconduct had played a bigger role.
"Mogaka exchanged milk for alcohol, and was 24/7 drunk, all the employees wanted the piece of the milk and none was willing even to feed or take care of the cows," she disclosed in her Instagram post.
Akothee said due to frustrations and stress she decided to 'hand over' her dairy a decision that was tough for her to make for 3 years.
She further stated that her milk delivery employee could add water to her milk resulting in its being rejected by customers.
Furthermore, she lost 8 calves out of she says was carelessness of her employees despite always spending a lot of money on her dairy farm.
After "drinking " with Mogaka, Another decided to "give him a push" in a video she captioned "He always calls me 'my sister', when he is drunk or 'mama' when he is sober... I love Mogaka soo much".
This was an indication he was already tipsy after that "handshake drink."
