Kibera’s favourite female artist Esther Akoth popularly known by her stage name as Akothee has now revealed why she doesn’t do collabos with local artists.
In a post seen on her Instagram wall, Akothee revealed the reasons she has never been interested in doing a collabo with Kenyan artists.
“Someone asked why I haven’t done a collabo with Kenyan artists, it’s because I don’t like cheap scandals of ooh Akothee ananitaka, na pressure za ojinga, last time I tried a collabo the song was never released, ooh delete my vocals and my face! Secondly, I only support artists who share my work too! My page is not an advertisement lounge!” she said.
However, Akothee named some few celebrities whom she posts on her social media walls for various purposes.
She stated that she only supports those who support her back.
