A few years ago, the former Harambee Stars striker was forced to come out to deny allegations that he was broke after his otherwise successful football career seemed to be on a nosedive.

Nonetheless, we can now agree that the striker is eating life with a big spoon after he shared a short video of his new home in Kisumu on Instagram.

Dennis Oliech captioned the video with the words, ''Kisumu now I can rest, I have done my part to build my resting place.”

In the short video, one can see the inside of the house. The video shows a sitting room which contains a table and neatly arranged chairs. Footsteps of someone walking can be heard in the video.

At the end of the video, a woman is heard speaking. “Ile video nilikua nimechukua kumbe sikuwa nimeweka video. Haijatoka hata. (That video I had taken did not come out),” she says.

However, it is not clear the exact place where the house is located in Kisumu. Oliech was in Kisumu with his Gor Mahia teammates as his side tackled Ulinzi Stars in a Premier League match at the Moi Stadium on Sunday.

The match ended 1-1. The striker joined Gor Mahia in January this year for a two-year contract.
