In a tweet early Saturday, he outlined the two groups of people who deserve to be blocked.

However, all these seem to be going back to his opposition to the ruling Jubilee government.

He said that the first group includes people yet to agree with him that President Uhuru Kenyatta engaged in mischief in his twin 2017 reelections.

He also noted that people opposed to his argument that the president ordered the killings of people in opposition backyards during the 2017 post-election skirmishes qualify to be blocked.

The second group, said the controversial lawyer, are people in support of tyranny, a term he has been using to refer to Uhuru's leadership in collaboration with his deputy William Ruto.

"Those who qualify to be blocked are; A - Anyone who refuses to accept that Uhuru Kenyatta stole the 2017 election and murdered Chris Msando, Baby Pendo, Master Mutinda, Moraa Nyarangi and the thousands of innocent Kenyans between July 2017 to April 2018 and B. Anyone who supports tyranny," he tweeted.

This comes only 2 months after his expected return to Kenya from Canada where he has been condemned to since early last year.

Miguna was exiled from Kenya after his participation in the mock presidential coronation of opposition leader Raila Odinga on January 30, 2018.

However, the government insisted that he was only exiled for failing to undertake the due diligence to reclaim his nationality which he lost after obtaining his Canadian citizenship.

The immigration department, therefore, termed him an intruder and would later deport him back when he attempted to return in March last year.
