Residents of Kiareni village in Marani, Kisii County were left in rude shock after a 37-year-old woman, a mother of 3 was nabbed in a maize plantation making love with a small boy on Friday.
Elikanah Mokwanyi said he had gone to cut grass for his cattle at his farm when he heard funny sounds in the maize plantation.
“I heard the woman and the minor few meters from where I was cutting grass. I approached the scene only to find the woman, Jacqueline Onchoke with the class 7 boy naked doing bad manners,” he said.
He said the woman tried to escape but she was arrested a few meters away following the alarm he raised.
Area assistant chief Samson Manoti said the woman was given a thorough beating by angry locals.
“Jackline divorced with her husband and she has been living in the village since then. In several occasions, she has been accused of sleeping with small boys and other women’s husbands. Her forty days reached and she was caught by angry locals who beat her up before they surrendered her to my office,” he said.
The chief warned women against sleeping with young boys in the village.
He said the boy the woman was caught with studies at Kiareni primary school.
