A man and his lover were kicked out of a bus for allegedly making love on transit on Sunday night near Kegati area, Keumbu in Kisii County.
Angry passengers who were travelling in the Modern Premium bus registration number KCE-251B from Kisii to Nairobi said the lovebirds, Ambrose Gesesa and Ann Kemunto started making love at 11 pm.
"It was 11 pm, the lights in the bus were off when I heard the two making love. I alerted other passengers who asked the driver to put on the lights. We were all shocked to find the woman seated on top of the man,” said Stephen Onsombi.
Onsombi said there was a bad odor in the bus something that saw the two kicked out of the bus before the journey proceeded.
David Mogesa, a driver condemned the incident saying passengers are not allowed to engage in sex in buses.
“It is shameful for the lovebirds to make love on the bus yet there were other passengers. We had to kick them out of the bus for disrespecting passengers and no refund for the money was done,” he said.
Mogesa warned members of the public against engaging in sex while travelling in buses.
