The outspoken MP was speaking during the launch of Kilifi Mums Women Group in Kilifi County.

Jumwa promised to force the judiciary to act on the rising rape cases in Kilifi County, stating that the punishment being administered is not enough to scare potential and perennial rapists from the inhuman act.

The legislature alleged that genitals that are misdirected from their normal function to raping do not deserve to be where they are. She pointed out that God had a reason to place them where they are but should be removed if misused.

“You know what; if God gave you those organs and you use them inappropriately then they have no meaning being there. I think this is the way to go for these monsters destroying our children and women here in Kilifi County,” Jumwa said as quoted by Baraka FM.

However, Kilifi County woman representative Gertrude Mbeyu defended the judiciary, saying that parents make the judiciary's work too hard to accomplish by destroying evidence.

She urged parents to support their fight to end rape cases.
