Ingwe staged a great comeback, after going to the break trailing 1-0 thanks to Kemboi's strike.

Both teams started off the match cautiously, but it is Leopards who had a real chance in the 15th minute but Stima goalkeeper Stephen Otieno came off his line to stop Wayeka from scoring.

Kemboi then gave Stima the lead after he capitalized on Ingwe’s poor goalkeeping to head a long ball past keeper Jairus Adira.

Vincent Oburu drew Ingwe level seven minutes into the second half after pouncing on Wayyeka Tatuwe’s rebound inside the box.

However, AFC striker Kaheza, who replaced Brian Marita, scored the priceless goal from a counter-attack deep into stoppage time after a good combination with his fellow substitute Aziz Okaka.

Leopards’ victory saw them take their points to 19 and move four places above the relegation zone where they have been since the season began.

In another match, Bandari’s poor run continued as they missed a chance to get back to the top of the table after being held to a barren draw by hosts Chemelil Sugar.

Bandari are now level on points (33) with leaders Sofapaka but they are edged out on goal difference.
