The name of Wajir Women Rep Fatuma Gedi has been on the lips of many following allegations that she bribed members of parliament to reject the sugar report.
While not mentioning her name directly, Raila Thursday in Matungulu asked that the legislator alleged to have bribed colleagues to be investigated and asked questions regarding why she tempted MPs.
"We want to who that is and why they went there to subject MPs to temptations," Odinga said.
This is the first time that the veteran opposition leader has weighed in on the allegations.
Important to note is that Fatuma Gedi has denied that she tried to bribe legislators, saying that what she did was lobby.
Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa had earlier claimed that the Women Rep had unsuccessfully tried to bribe him with ten thousand shillings.
