Narc-Kenya leader Martha Karua has dismissed claims that she had endorsed Deputy President William Ruto for State House race in 2022.

Instead, the former Gichugu MP insists that Ruto is a bad choice and can never lead the country despite his spirited efforts.

Ms Karua, who unsuccessful vied presidency and gubernatorial seat in 2013 and 2017 respectively, has been a chief critic of the Jubilee administration since 2013.

But the former Justice and Constitutional Affairs minister shocked the nation when she endorsed President Uhuru Kenyatta and Ruto at Bomet months to 2017 polls.

"I will support President Uhuru Kenyatta because I believe in his ideals. Count my support and no turning back," she said.

Before that, she worked closely with opposition leader Raila Odinga, who has since reconciled with President Uhuru Kenyatta and Jubilee administration.

The DP has been moving around the country and is currently the front runner to succeed President Uhuru who retires in 2022.
