Among those to expect is former Citizen tv's Swaleh Salim,  former Ebru TV’s Doreen Majala,  Nuru Abdulaziz and former KBC’s Kaltun Jama. These will be anchoring the Swahili bulletin.

Doreen looks forward to inject some freshness into the bulletins and explore her interests in human interest, women and youth issues.

“My defining moment in my career was covering the 2017 general elections during which I interviewed different politicians. I look forward to having more moments at NTV bringing in an authoritative voice and seriousness,” said Doreen.

In the English bulletin,  Mark Masai, Smirti Vidyarthi,  Ken Mijungu, Trevor Ombija and Gladys Gachanja will welcome two new workmates.

These include: former Capital FM Olive Burrows and Zainab Ali.

Olive Burrow can't wait to join the new workmates.

“I am looking to grow as I was invited to join the news production team which will also be a different ball game for me altogether. I look forward to working with the likes of Trevor Ombija and Gladys Gachanja who like me, began with radio before joining NTV,” she said.

Also expected to join the English news segment is Dennis Okari who is currently an investigative reporter at the media station.
