“A letter to the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights @HakiKNCHR, a constitutional body with an exclusive mandate and funded by Kenyans to ensure respect for human rights, and the @lawsocietykenya. My condolences to the families of the #EthiopianAirlinesCrash,” he tweeted.

Miguna, a Kenyan-Canadian dual citizen, was deported after he took part in the mock swearing in of the Africa Union High Representative on Infrastructure Development Raila Amolo Odinga.

Miguna has insisted that he feels his rights are being violated in different ways. The lawyer has been faulting the Jubilee administration of misusing public resources. He has been calling upon Kenyans to resist the Jubilee regime.

Miguna, who has been very vocal on matters of national interest, has also been poking holes in the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and African Union High Representative on infrastructure Development.

The lawyer claims the handshake has changed nothing since the two leaders agreed to work together. He has said that he will start a revolution when he lands back into the country.
