The older Wamalwa, a former Vice President died in 2003, and a section of his children have since put their uncle on the spot over alleged mistreatment.

The duo of Derrick Mboya and Michelle Nafula have accused their uncle of also abandoning them since their dad's death, claims the CS has denied.

Wamalwa was also recently on the spotlight over playing a role in the ongoing property tussle between the two groups of Michael's children.

The wrangles emerged after the death of one of Wamalwa's wife Yvonne Wamalwa who gave her last bow late last year.

The duo has claimed that Wamalwa is part of the team scheming to push them out of their father's home in Karen where Yvonne, their mother, lived.

The CS is also facing allegations of failing to retain children of both the elder wife and Yvonne in school despite having the ability.

These include Willie Big and Willie Small who are Yvonne's step sons, who are now claiming that they have been out of university for seven years after the latter refused to pay up further.

They are claiming that he stopped sponsoring their education after only paying for two semesters.

However, there is also an ongoing fight between the two sets of children, with Willie Small accusing Nafula of lying about her dropping out of university.

"She was taken out of school. They wanted to take her to Australia but a few things got in the way," he told the Standard on Friday.
