A renown Kenyan actor popularly known as "Baba Junior" is dead.
Jamal Nassur Rashid who acts in Vioja Mahakamani among other TV shows like KTN as Baba Junior was allegedly stabbed to death by his girlfriend.
According to police reports, Jamal was stabbed using a kitchen knife by his friend Grace Kananu Namu at 6:15 pm at Arkas Hotel in Mlolongo, Machakos County on Tuesday night after a misunderstanding.
It's said that a good Samaritan called the police and made a report at 6:15 pm.
The OB seen by this writer was recorded under 08/12/12/2018 which one of its parts reads as follows:
"It was reported that Jamal Nassul Gaddafi (39) was having a party in Arks Hotel near 67 Airport Hotel in the night of December 11, 2018. There's was a quarrel between him and his girlfriend Grace Kananu Namu. She picked a knife and stabbed him".
Jamal was rushed to Shalom Community Hospital in Athi River where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Athi River police boss Sharma Wario confirmed the incident.
