Gor Mahia head tactician Hassan Oktay is the February Coach of the Month.
He received the award at Camp Toyoyo stadium, where the team had a light warm up session.
The coach got 12 points to secure the award, beating his closest rival Bandari coach Bernard Mwalala who came second with 8 votes.
Oktay secured the award following his team's good running streak in the Kenya premier League (KPL), having won 4 matches and drawn one, in the process collecting 13 points out of the probable 15 points.
The tactician exuded confidence upon receiving the trophy and a cheque of Sh75,000 presented to him by Fidelity Insurance marketing and business development manager, Nicholas Malesi.
"I am happy and confident that my work is being recognized thanks to my boys effort," Oktay said.
