MV Doria is the vessel that the Kenya Coast Guard Service will use to patrol the Kenyan ocean. The vessel is expected to save Kenya from losing $100 annually. The loss is because of illegal sea activities.
3. Present the Bandari College Charter
The coastal education sector will receive a boost. President Uhuru Kenyatta will present the Bandari College a charter.
4. Commission the Kenya Seafarers Programme
The programme targets to deal with the plight of Kenyan seafarers. This includes working conditions and general security.
