A 14-seater matatu was on Monday evening involved in a road accident around the black spot Chepsangwer area along Eldoret-Kericho road in Nandi County.
According to a Twitter user who reported the accident, no one lost his/her. life
“Whatever is happening in our roads this month is worrying. A Matatu belonging to K-64 Sacco involved in yet another accident along Nandi Hills Kericho-Eldoret road at Chepsangwer area. All passengers safe,” Kerich Joseah tweeted.
From the look of photos shared on the tweet, the Nissan matatu seemed to have veered off the road hitting the sides of the road.
Road users along the Eldoret-Kericho highway are however urged to remain vigilant during their journeys so as to avoid more accidents at the time when road accidents are becoming more rampant in the country.
