One of Migori Governor Okoth Obado’s aides Caspal Obiero and one of the Governor’s bodyguards Elvis Omondi become the latest to be questioned and arraigned over the beauty's killing.

The duo appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Lutta Shiundu, who, however, ordered that they be held for 10 more days at the Keroka Police Station, on the request of the prosecution side.

Obiero is believed to be the owner of a black Toyota Fielder saloon car that was reportedly used to abduct Sharon and Nation reporter Barrack Oduor before Sharon was found dead.

Omondi, a police officer, was nabbed when he accompanied Obiero to record a statement on Tuesday in Oyugis, Homabay county, after they were grilled over the killing, reports the Standard.

The driver of the car which operates as a taxi in Migori, Jackson Gombe, has also since been nabbed and is also helping detectives with the investigations.

Michael Oyamo, another aide of the Governor is also being held pending further investigations, after Oduor linked him to their abduction in Rongo, two weeks ago.
