Onyango will miss the Sunday match, the third of group D, against Algerian side Hussein Dey.

Speaking early Friday morning on a local radio station, Gor's assistant secretary Ronald Ngala said that Onyango will miss the must-win match due to two consecutive yellow cards in the recent games of the competition.

Onyango was carded during the first match that was played at the Moi Kasarani Stadium on February third against El Zamalek FC of Egypt and was shown a second card in the away loss against Petro Atletico on the 23rd of February.

Ngala, however, said that the club has a lot of suitable replacements and they will find the best individual to field on that day. K'Ogalo is placed second on the group ahead of the match, after winning one and losing one from their opening two fixtures.

Hussein Dey arrived in the country on Thursday, and are ready to face K'Ogalo on Sunday at Kasarani Stadium from 4 pm.

The two teams are favorites to advance to the next stage, and each will be looking to get the better of the other at Kasarani.
