President Uhuru Kenyatta has set the internet ablaze after tweeting in French.
This comes just minutes after hosting the French President Emmanuel Macron at State House in Nairobi.
This loosely translates into: “I am delighted to welcome my friend His Excellency President Emanuel Macron of the Republic of France to State House, Nairobi. Kenya and France have a cordial relationship that has helped to stimulate growth in different sectors to the benefit of our peoples.”
Kenyans came out in numbers reacting differently to President Uhuru’s tweet in French.
