Tottenham Hotspur midfielder and Harambee Stars Captain Victor Wanyama has revealed his plans to fly his family to Madrid in Spain to watch the UEFA Champions League final.

Wanyama’s side will to take on Liverpool in an all-English final.

Tottenham hammered Ajax to qualify for the final.

Reports on a Nation Media Group publication, indicate that Wanyama has requested his team to invite his mum, and five other members of his family for the final.

The trip will approximately cost the Harambee Stars captain two million shillings.

The final will see Wanyama clash against Liverpool striker Divock Origi, who has his roots in Kenya. Origi is the son of former Harambee Stars striker Mike Okoth.

Other African stars expected to feature in the final are; Liverpool forwards; Sadio Mane and Mohammed Salah. 

If Tottenham win, Wanyama will be the second Kenyan to have won the trophy, after his elder brother McDonald Mariga won it with Inter Milan.
