Despite the sweet feeling, one has when in love, this feeling might at some point complicate things in life. Having had a taste of it some time back, it is clear to me now that there are certain things that love demands that have to be fulfilled failure to which the relationship is bound to break.
Here are 3 demands of love that can complicate one's life;
1. Love needs time and attention
When you have to love, you have to be sure whether you will have time for it or you will see the relationship dissolve. This is one thing I assure you will complicate life for you if not at a larger scale then at a relatively smaller scale.
Why? Because it is either you choose to give your time fully to your job (if it demands a lot of time) or you give it to the relationship. Some partners require a lot of time and if they don't get it then they assume it is no longer love.
This makes life feel complicated because you fail to understand which side you should lean on; abandon your work or give it little time or you let go of your partner and save your job.
2. Love needs sacrifice
I'm sure you have heard of this phrase a number of times; 'love is sacrifice'. You have to sacrifice some things in your life for the sake of love.
An example is when you need to visit your parents during a holiday season but your partner asks you to go visit his/her parents. Who will you choose when your parents are waiting for you to visit them and on this side, your partner is sad thinking you hate visiting his/her parents.
You will have to sacrifice one of the options and sure enough, your life will feel complicated.
