Sharing an angry post from a social media user claiming that the Harambee Stars team had been sneaked out of the country, Etale claimed that the FKF boss was running the national football team like a kiosk.

"Nick Mwendwa is running Harambee Stars like his kiosk... allogant (sic)," he posted.

The social media user whose post Etale shared claimed that the media was not informed or called to witness the departure of Harambee Stars to Paris.

"The team qualified for the Africa Cup of Nation for the first time since 2004. They will be in France for three weeks training for the continental finals that will be held in Egypt from June 21 to July 20.

"How, in this circumstances does the federation decide to sneak the team out of Nairobi for Paris today morning without allowing independent media to record this momentous occasion, and with so much public interest in the team," the social media user, Charles Nyende, wrote.

Harambee Stars will hold training sessions in Paris before flying to Cairo, Egypt where the African Cup of Nations will be staged.
