The Jubilee MP said Raila has representatives in Parliament he should address his concerns to and warned him against discussing national assembly committee matters during funerals.

“We will not allow Raila Odinga to demonize the Agriculture Parliamentary committee by talking about matters which are still under investigation yet he is not a Member of Parliament,” said Kositany in Eldoret town, Sunday.

He noted that the report that was recently released by the Agriculture committee had preliminary findings which nobody should comment about.

“I want to call upon the committee of Agriculture to summon Raila Odinga to tell us if he cleared the debt he owed Mumias Sugar since he played a big role in the collapse the sugar industry,” noted Kositany.

A report by the Agriculture Committee has come under scrutiny with some of the legislators terming it as shoddy.

Raila was also quoted saying the MP's were hindering the fight against corruption in the country noting that corruption matters should be left to relevant government agencies like the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC), the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
