Raila Odinga's ODM party has written to Majority Leader Duke Masira and five others to show course why disciplinary actions should not be taken against them following the ouster of Deputy Speaker Duke Omoti.

Despite advise from Orange House, nominated MCA Abel Mose failed to withdraw the motion that saw ODM losing the crucial seat.

In letters sent personally to Masira and five others, they have seven days to defend themselves before disciplinary actions are initiated aganst them.

A part from Mr. Masira, the Township MCA, others in trouble include Mr. Mose, George Abuga, Carolyne Mogere, Monicah Mwamba and Damaris Mouni.

Mr. Omoti could not be saved by ODM MCAs despite Raila asking them to internally solve the alleged abuse of office.

As the Majority Leader, Mr. Masira is accused of failing to thwart the motion at Business Committee level.

The ODM party has since lost the seat to Ford Kenya following election of Bonyamatuta MCA Robinson Mocheche.
