The Elgeyo Marakwet County Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has been a talk of the town after some of his funny photos from the Harambee Stars vs Ethiopia match emerged.

As if this was not enough, he captioned his photos with a wrongly structured sentence. 

"Congratulations #HarambeeStars. We really enjoyed ourselves. The fantastic game there,” he posted.

Kenyans were quick to judge him from this wrong sentence structuring. 

Murkomen was among some of the high profile individuals who attended the match at Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani on Sunday.

At various times, he was seen celebrating with vigorously. Other high profile individuals who attended the match include Deputy President William Ruto, former Vice President Stephen Kalanzo Musyoka, Football Kenya Federation (FKF) President Nick Mwendwa, and the Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa.

Kenyan national team Harambee Stars smashed their opponent Ethiopia 3-0 in their second leg of the Group matches. 

It was great jubilation from fans who had flooded the stadium to the brim from all over the nation. However, some of them were even locked out as there was no place for them. 

This comfortable win not only moved them closer to the 2019 African Cup of Nations finals that will be held in Cameroon but also made sure they grab DP Ruto’s promise of Ksh. 50 million.
