Eva was on Friday appointed as a member of the Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) board for three years when the President announced new heads and board members of various parastatals.

Eva's husband, Chris Msando, was killed days to last year's general election and his death has never been unraveled.

Msando served as the ICT manager at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

By appointing Eva to serve in his administration, Miguna likened Uhuru to former Liberian President and ex-warlord Charles Taylor and noted the gesture was meant to divert public attention from the mysterious murder.

Through his Facebook account, the deported lawyer sensationally claimed Uhuru was behind Msando's killing and said his wife needed justice but not a job.

"Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta is a certified despot, with Charles Taylor-like games. He had Chris Msando abducted, tortured and then strangled to death and his thumb chopped off in order to steal the August 8, 2017 election. Now, he has added insult to injury to Mrs. Msando. We need justice for Msando; not token sinecures," Miguna posted on Saturday.

Early this year, the widow said life had become harder since the demise of her husband who was the breadwinner and appealed to Kenyans of goodwill to give her 'any' job.
