President Uhuru Kenyatta has been told to reward former Bonchari MP John Zebedeo Opore with a state job.
A section of Opore supporters claimed that Opore who unsuccessfully vied for the Bonchari MP seat during the last year's polls on a Jubilee party ticket has been loyal to the party so he deserves a slot in the jobs.
"Opore's loyalty to Jubilee party should be rewarded the same way other politicians who lost in 2017 polls have been rewarded," said Fredrick Omweri.
Douglas Ogari, a youth leader from Bonchari said the former legislator deserves a State job.
"Let Uhuru reward Opore because he deserves to be in government. We need more people from Gusii region," said Ogari.
"Opore stood firm with Uhuru until he lost his seat. It is time tfor him to recognise Opore and reward him," said Bichanga.
Kisii County youth Jubilee secretary general Isaac Motari said Uhuru must live by the promise he made that he will reward all Jubilee political losers.
