Tanzanian pop star Diamond Platnumz has finally reconciled with his biological father.
Diamond met his father Mzee Abdul Juma aka Mzee Diamond Platnumz on Tuesday during the launch of a new radio show, 'Block 89' at his radio station, Wasafi FM.
Mzee Juma has been making headlines after it emerged that his now famous son has allegedly been ignoring him.
Pictures emerged online showing the in great pain after ailing from what is rumoured to be cancer.
Social media platforms including famous Kilimani Mum and Dads Facebook page could not spare Diamond for 'ignoring' his own father.
Mzee Juma further reignited the discussions when he ventured into the music industry.
However, the singer embraced his father and indeed you could easily feel there was love between the two.
It is not yet clear if the singer had prepared to meet his father or if it was a surprise plan by Wasafi FM crew. His father arrived at the studio when Diamond was in the middle of his interview.
The singer had started by exposing his ex-lover Zari Hassan for cheating on him with several men including Peter of Psquare and her gym trainer.
He said that cheating on her was the reason why she ended up cheating more before he decided to move on with his Kenyan girlfriend Tanasha Donna.
Diamond is planning to marry Donna after he postponed the wedding from Feb 14 this year to an unknown date.
