A bra should never be worn to bed because you will have poor quality sleep.

2. Makeup

Makeup is part of the daily lives of most women. 

However, you should avoid sleeping in your makeup. 

Makeup blocks the skin pores, which may lead to pimples on your face. 

Additionally, most beauty products contain chemical elements that can cause allergic reactions and irritations.

3. Panty

Just like a bra, avoid sleeping with your panty on. 

This piece of clothing not only affects your sleep but may also encourage the growth of bacteria, hence causing vaginal and fungal infections. 

You should avoid wearing your underwear to bed for better sleep and general health.

4. Jewellery

There are pieces of jewellery that you might be tempted not to remove as you go to bed. 

For instance, your wedding ring might tempt you to sleep with it.
