He has welcomed all the physically sick and disabled to the event. News of his planned two-day event has been welcomed by some city residents.

"I reached a point in my life, where I gave up considering the sins I have committed and I knew I had the worst fate when I die. Now the prophet of God is coming to heal me spiritually by washing away my sins," said Cleophas Odipo, a resident from Roysambu.

"The prophet of God is returning the lost hope of redemption to us. Let us receive healing, ' noted Abagail Malenje, a resident of Mathare.

'I guess these are the last hours in the world as prophesied in the bible, may God wash away our sins through his prophet,' said Micah Kamau, a resident of Githurai. 

"Past is the days when young men had the reputation of being well mannered but nowadays they even abuse their parents. Let God have mercy on them through the prayers of Prophet Owuor on that day, ' said Mzee Kimani, a resident of Kasarani. 

"I have a brother who is ailing in Kenyatta National Hospital, may God heal him on that day, " said Ag'weno Aneko, a resident of Baba Dogo.

"My mama has been sick for six months now, let her receive healing on Saturday," said Daisy Kipchumba, a resident of Kibera. 

"My sister is deaf, let her hear again on that day," said Mercy Mwiguli, a resident of Zimmerman.
