Ahmdenasir opines that Ojwang’ can run but he cannot hide after he failed to appear before the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).

He noted that the judge was once smoked from class by students while teaching at the University of Nairobi.

He claimed that the same fate awaits him if he doesn’t change the way he handles crucial matters such as summons.

The flamboyant lawyer noted Ojwang’ was among the greatest beneficiaries of the KANU regime. He alleged that the commission will soon crack the whip against him.

“Justice JB Ojwang was thrown out of class by students while teaching at Parklands Campus, Faculty of Law...without a job, the KANU government he devoutly worshipped gave him soft landing as a High Court judge..Will he be thrown out a second time by the JSC?..watch this space,” he said through his twitter account.

The city lawyer further noted that the judge's behaviour reflects a high level of impunity in the judicial system.

Ojwang has been put on the spot for allegedly taking bribes from his clients to rule in their favour.

President Uhuru Kenyatta is expected to constitute a tribunal to eject him from office.
