Mr Wilfred Gurnther Herbert Osser is accusing his sons of illegally taking away his luxurious Papilion Garden Bar Villa which is located in Bamburi area, Mombasa county.

In his court papers, Mr Osser accused the two; Ronny Patrick Herbert, and Jeanie Notalie Boehlig of fraudulently transferring his shares in Honis (K) Limited which manages the hotel.

He claims that on top of illegally transferring the Sh2 billion facility located along the Mombasa-Malindi Road to themselves, the two have also forcefully evicted him from his apartments.

The German national alleged that the two did so in his absence, and proceeded to remove him from the list of directors while he was out of the county between the years 1998 and 2009.

According to Mr Osser, the duo used the very same opportunity to illegally transfer his shares without his knowledge.

The hearing of the case has been set for July 23.
