Residents of Kegati in Nyaribari Chache in Kisii County were shocked after a form 4 girl was caught pants down with a class 8 boy.
Witnesses said Nancy Makori, a form 4 student at Menyinkwa secondary school on Thursday was found in the boy’s bedroom.
"Nancy has been at home since Monday due to school fees. She came to my home pretending that she was borrowing a storybook from one of my daughters but she ended up in bed with my son who was also at home due to sickness,” said the boy’s mother, Angela Kwamboka.
Kwamboka said she was furious with the girl that she rained kicks and blows on her before kicking her out of the house and informed neighbours about the incident.
Peter Motari, a neighbour said the girl and the boy were whipped for engaging in illicit sex.
“The girl was naked in the boy’s room and was having sex. They were brought out from the bedroom naked where we caned them thoroughly before we warned them against seeing each other,” said Motari.
Area Nyumba Kumi official James Ouru said minors engaging in illicit sex will not be condoned in the area.
He warned parents against condoning such behaviour among their children.
