A cheating husband was caught red-handed by his pregnant wife at a lodging with another woman making love which shocked the wife who ended up who giving birth pre-maturely 30 minutes later.
The incident happened on Thursday evening at Kiru in Kenyenya, Kisii County.
Edinah Mong’ina who was 7 months pregnant gave pre-maturely gave birth at Kenyenya sub-county hospital, 30 minutes after she busted her husband, Erick Nyamosi, with another woman having sex.
“Nyamosi has been sleeping with other women since his wife conceived. The wife has been making effort to make the husband stay at home but it is all in vain. She looked stressed and on Thursday she was going to the clinic when she spotted her husband entering lodging at Kenyenya shopping center,” said a neighbour, Teresa Moraa.
Moraa said the pregnant woman raided the lodging facility and forced lodging attendants to allow her to confirm what her husband was doing in the room.
“Mong’ina forced her way into the lodging and found Nyamosi in the act with a prostitute who operates as a bar attendant in the area. She fainted and was rushed to Kenyenya hospital where she gave birth pre-maturely,” noted Moraa.
Nicholas Nyachwaya, area chief said the man has gone into hiding abandoning his wife in the hospital.
A medic at the facility, Bernard Sagero, said the woman is out of danger and she gave birth pre-maturely due to stress.
He said the baby was taken to the facility's nursery.
