The video, which was shared on Twitter, shows the President struggling to read the speech before he makes a mistake.

The head of state tries to continue with the address but he realizes the mistake is too grave and he decides to educate his team on how to edit the video.

He then asks his team to edit the video before letting it to the public. It, however, remains unclear how the video found its way into social media.

"To creating 102 science, technology, engineering and mathematics Centers better known as Stem, Centers of excellence in all, in,....' Uhuru stammered.

He then asked his team to edit the video as he excused himself to read the speech once more.

“Mtacut and mtasnip. (You will cut and snip)," he said before continuing.

The incident comes at a time when Uhuru has shown commitment in the war against graft, which is a threat to the Big Four Agenda, using multi-agencies.

"Corruption is, without doubt, a threat to the achievement of the #Big4Agenda programmes. This is the reason the government, using the multi-agency approach, is steadfast in the fight against corruption and economic crimes," tweeted State House Spokesperson Kanze Dena on Wednesday.
