Speaking to the press on Tuesday in Narok Town, the lawmaker said that Murkomen and his team are misleading Kenyans on the issue of Mau eviction.

He said that Murkomen has not right to question why Uhuru is silent on Mau eviction when persons responsible are speaking about the same.

He dared Murkomen and those opposed to Mau eviction to resign from their current positions if they are men enough.

“When someone like that talks about the government or president having not said people should come out of Mau then I wonder what he is talking about. Is the government spokesman not speaking on behalf of Uhuru’s government? Is Tobiko not part of this Kenyan government? Is Natembea not part of this Kenyan government?

"If Murkomen and his ilk are men enough, I challenge them that they are not enough. If they are men enough they should resign from this government. You don’t go punching the government from left right and center,” he said in a video shared by Daily Nation.

Murkomen and other leaders from Deputy President William Ruto’s camp have been lamenting over the eviction of the residents of the area. They have been mounting pressure on Uhuru to stop the process.
