The argument began after Itumbi told NRG Radio not to take  Eliud Kipchoge's suit seriously.

Itumbi went ahead to call Kipkorir a slay queen lawyer.

"Ignore any slay queen lawyer. She shouts but does not know how to bite. She has served me those letters before threatening a defamation suit I told her to go ahead. I'm still waiting almost two years later," wrote Itumbi on Twitter.

Angered Kiprkorir fired back at Itumbi stating that Itumbi will end up in prison or worse.

"Let this message reach Dennis Itumbi he can troll and abuse me every day but he should know the following. He will never be an employer, He will always live in political handouts, he will end up in prison or worse," he said.

Itumbi retaliated hours later stating that the handouts he receives are better compared to money gained by stealing.

"Yes, my hands have blood. Kwani wewe ni Allien? Hauna veins kwa mkono?, Evil Prayers against unemployment denied. Nitaendelea kuajiri4. Handouts? Better than stolen Kenya Post cash5. Prison is for those who stole from us," he said.

On Friday Kipkorir threatened to sue NRG radio on behalf of Kipchoge on grounds of using his pictures without authorization.

However several leaders including Kipchumba Murkomen, David Makali, and Emmanuel Talam have found fault in the suit stating that it will water down Kipchoge's achievements.
