The Foundation is aimed at assisting orphans and the homeless children in the country.

Speaking on Sunday at Ting'ang'a Grounds, Kiambu, her message to them was to continue supporting her throughout her mission.

“While we eat and even have some to throw away, many children are sleeping in the cold with nothing to eat or someone to go to. Let us show our love by supporting them during the Christmas season,” she stated.

The Foundation was launched early this year and it creates a platform where well-wishers, friends and fans join hands in feeding, clothing and helping vulnerable children in the society aged between one and fifteen years in various children's homes in Kenya.

The musician grew up in Mwimuto village, Wangige in Kiambu county and she started music at Lower Kabete primary school and has performed both in Kenya and abroad.

Kim has eight albums so far in both Swahili and English languages.

She says that she got an assignment and a calling to reach out to the needy, orphans, destitute and the sick through the foundation.

Kim added, “I humbly invite you, to join me as we make these kids count. My target is to reach three million lives.”
